1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Aistn Technologies (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our artificial intelligence-powered software, applications, APIs, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or older) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a minor, you accept these Terms on the minor’s behalf and are responsible for their compliance.

3. User Accounts and Security

  • Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
  • No Bots: You may not create an account using any automated means or under false pretenses.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Illegal & Harmful Activities: Using the Services for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal activities, violence, or discrimination.
  • Generating Harmful Content: Creating, submitting, or posting content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or infringing upon others’ rights (including privacy and intellectual property rights).
  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software or models underlying our Services.
  • Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Data Scraping & Automation: Using automated systems (e.g., “bots,” “scrapers”) to access the Services in a manner that sends more request messages than a human could reasonably produce in the same period.
  • Exploitation: Using the Services to exploit or harm minors.
  • Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Security Violations: Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network or breaching any security or authentication measures.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our IP: The Services, including our AI models, software, logos, and all source code, are the exclusive property of Aistn Technologies and our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
  • Your Input & Output:
    • Your Input: You retain ownership of the data, prompts, and content you submit to the Services unplox ai.
    • Our Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Aistn Technologies hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the output generated and returned by the Services based on your Input business . This means you own the creative product you generate.
  • License to Us: To enable the Services and improve our models, you grant Aistn Technologies a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works of your Input. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, this data is de-identified and aggregated before being used for model training and improvement. This license survives termination of these Terms solely for the purpose of model improvement in an anonymized, aggregated form.

6. AI-Specific Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE POWERED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. AI TECHNOLOGY IS INHERENTLY PROBABILISTIC AND MAY GENERATE OUTPUT THAT IS INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR MISLEADING. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING THE ACCURACY, SUITABILITY, AND LEGALITY OF ANY OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT.

The Services do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Any output should not be construed as such.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Aistn Technologies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, AISTN TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AISTN TECHNOLOGIES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aistn Technologies and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Jharkhand , India , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  • Dispute Resolution: Most disputes can be resolved without formal litigation. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@aistntechnologies.com before initiating any formal proceeding.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
